Our tour will first take us to Oia, the picturesque village that has been a source of inspiration for so many. Immerse yourself in the idyllic atmosphere and enjoy the most amazing panoramic views of the island and the Aegean Sea.

Next on our way is Imerovigli. At 300 meters above the sea, it is one of the island’s balconies to the Aegean with a magnificent view of the caldera. Other highlights are the churches characteristic of Cycladic architecture such as Ai-Stratis and the Monastery of St. Nikolaos.

The village of Firostefani, the “crown of Fira”, is our next destination. White-painted traditional houses, narrow paths and the iconic Blue Dome Church, symbol of the island, will reward visitors with their charm and beauty.

Venetsanos Winery is a fitting end to our wonderful journey. Feel free to take a few sips from the celebrated local varieties and try the traditional products on offer. Overlooking the caldera, the location of this winery is incredible; this is the perfect opportunity to grab a glass of wine, enjoy the stunning view and reflect on the wonderful things experienced on the tour!

At Akrotiri village, myths and legends of Santorini come to life. This historical location boasts its share of views, sunsets, churches and traditional taverns but it is also home to Akrotiri Excavations Site and Akrotiri Castle, two of the most prominent highlights of the island.

We will also visit the Lighthouse at Akrotiri, constructed in 1892 and one of the best in Greece. Ideally, this location should be visited during the sunset when the view is fantastic.

There is no better way to finish this tour than a visit to Profitis Ilias Monastery which is built on the highest point of Santorini. The stunning views of the island, the caldera and the neighboring islands from this altitude are simply beyond words.

All cruise passengers with individual programs are taken to the old Port of Fira, by tender boats. From the port, you will take the cable car up to Fira town.
The journey with a cable car takes 2-3 minutes. Approximate start of the tour should be 90 minutes after the scheduled arrival of the cruise ship.

The meeting point for the tour is at the cable car’s exit in Fira town. Your guide will wait for you there, holding a sign with your name.

Please include the name and arrival time of your ship, and full name and mobile phone number when booking of the tour in order for your pick-up to be arranged.
